                             November 17th, 18th, & 19th

FODHRA will be participating in Jewel-Osco Shop & Share Days.  By obtaining a shop &
share slip and presenting it to the cashier at the time of check-out you can directly
benefit Field of Dreams Horse Rescue & Adoption.  We will receive 5% of the total
purchase (excluding tax).

Get your Shop & Share slips at Field of Dreams, sign the slip with your name, and after
completing your shopping, give the form to the cashier and she will do the rest.

What you need to remember ~

Shop on Nov. 17, 18, & 19 at any Jewel-Osco store as often as you like

Sign you name on the slip and give it to the cashier each time you check-out

The slips are now available at the barn.  Give them to your friends and relatives and start
shopping for your Thanksgiving dinner.  It’s easy and convenient.
