Volunteers are the greatest gift Field of Dreams Horse Rescue & Adoption can have.
They allow FOD to continue to help the horses become healthy in mind, body and spirit.
We truly could not do it without you.

Volunteers are important and needed in many areas - but along with volunteering comes
commitment.  If you would like to be a part of our organization we need your commitment.
Your contribution is important and we count on you not only in the day-to-day care of the
horses, but with fundraising projects, soliciting donations for our upcoming auction,
grant writing and more.  No previous experience is necessary to be a part of FOD.  If you
are willing to make this commitment and would like to make a difference in the lives of
our rescued horses, you will be placed on our waiting list and advised of upcoming
orientations.

Field of Dreams Horse Rescue & Adoption will have two orientations a year.  One held in
early spring and the other in early fall.  It will be determined how many additional
volunteers will be needed and new volunteers will be selected by a lottery system.  You
will then be notified and invited to tour our barn, meet our horses and learn about our
daily schedules.  After the initial orientation it will be mandatory for you to attend training
sessions where instruction will be given about safety, leading horses, feeding, grooming,
etc.  Those not chosen will receive an email asking if they want to remain on the
waiting/lottery list and be notified of the following orientation.

If you would like to be on our volunteer waiting list complete the form below and send to
Addie at lilcreek96@aol.com.

**IMPORTANT** Volunteers must be 12 years old or older.

Thank you for caring enough to want to make a difference in the lives of our horses.
