Field of Dreams Horse Rescue & Adoption is a nonprofit 501 © (3) all volunteer
organization operating solely on donations.  No one within our organization
receives a paycheck.  We are registered with the state of Illinois Attorney
General’s Office charitable trust bureau, CO#01049024.

We started accepting our horse “guests” in October of 2005.  Our purpose is to
take in horses that are “in-between” homes and help them to be healthy in
body, mind, and spirit so we can then help them find their forever homes.

Our Goals

~ Provide appropriate veterinary, farrier, training, and
nutritional care to assist in the rehabilitation process.

~ Find adoptive, permanent caring homes where our “guests”
can fulfill either an active riding role or become a
pasture mate to a loving family.

~ Provide educational assistance to eliminate abuse and
neglect by promoting responsible horse ownership.

~ Implement a volunteer program where children and adults can
assist in the rehabilitation of the horses in our care.
